From Letchworth State Park, exit the park and head south on NY-408. Continue on NY-408 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-63. Stony Brook State Park will be on your left at 10820 NY-36, Dansville, NY 14437. There is no entrance fee for the park, but be aware of parking availability.
