If you are traveling by car, you can use your GPS and enter the address: Totten Ave. & 15th Rd, Fort Totten, NY 11359. From most areas in Long Island, take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) or Northern State Parkway to the Cross Island Parkway. Follow the Cross Island Parkway to the exit for the Whitestone Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take the exit for 20th Ave and follow it until you reach Totten Ave. Turn left onto Totten Ave and continue until you reach Fort Totten Park. There is ample parking available near the park. Note that parking may incur a fee depending on the time of year.

Public Transportation
To reach Fort Totten Park using public transportation, you can take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to the Bayside Station. Once you arrive at Bayside Station, you can catch the Q13 bus towards the Whitestone Bridge. Get off at the stop for Totten Ave. & 15th Rd. From there, it is a short walk to Fort Totten Park. Make sure to check the MTA website for the latest schedule and fare information. A one-way fare for the LIRR is approximately $8-$10, and bus fare is $2.75.
