Continue on I-495 until you reach Exit 70 for NY-27 E towards Riverhead. Merge onto NY-27 E and follow it until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit onto NY-25 E and drive towards Greenport. After approximately 10 miles, turn right onto Main Rd (NY-25). Continue on Main Rd for about 8 miles until you reach the park entrance at 40000 Main Rd, Orient, NY 11957. Parking is available on-site, but there may be a small entrance fee for vehicles.
