Once on Staten Island, take the exit for Richmond Avenue and follow signs for Fort Wadsworth. Follow Fort Wadsworth Rd, which leads directly to the site.

To reach Fort Wadsworth via public transportation, take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) from any station on Long Island to Penn Station in Manhattan.
