Car
If you are driving to F T Proctor Park, start by getting on NY-5S W from your location in Mohawk Valley. Follow NY-5S W until you reach Utica. Once in Utica, take the exit toward NY-12 S. Continue on NY-12 S and take exit 2 for Genesee Street. Merge onto Genesee St, and continue straight for about 1 mile. Turn right onto Court St, and then take another right onto Memorial Parkway. The park will be on your left. There is free parking available near the park.

To reach F T Proctor Park using public transportation, find your nearest bus stop that services the Utica area. You can take the Centro Bus Route 1 (Utica) which connects various parts of Mohawk Valley to Utica. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time. Once you arrive in Utica, get off at the stop closest to Genesee Street, then walk south on Genesee St until you reach Court St. Turn right on Court St, and then right again onto Memorial Parkway. The park will be on your left. Note that bus fares may vary, so check the Centro website for current pricing.
