Getting There

Merge onto I-87 N and continue for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 22 toward Lake George and merge onto NY-9N S. Continue on NY-9N S for about 5 miles, then take a slight left onto Canada St. The Fort William Henry Museum will be on your left at 48 Canada St, Lake George, NY 12845. Parking is available near the museum, but be aware that there may be a fee depending on the time of year.

The Adirondack Trailways offers bus services from various locations in the Mohawk Valley to Lake George. Once you arrive at the Lake George bus station, it’s about a 1-mile walk to the Fort William Henry Museum. Head south on Canada St, and you'll find the museum at 48 Canada St. If you prefer not to walk, consider using a rideshare service or a local taxi, which may incur additional costs.
