Getting There

  • Subway

    If you are starting from Manhattan, take the A or C train from any station to Jay St - MetroTech station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the Jay St exit. After you exit the station, walk straight on Jay St until you reach Willoughby St. Turn left onto Willoughby St and continue until you reach Fulton St. Turn right onto Fulton St, then take another right onto Lafayette Ave. The Peter Jay Sharp Building will be on your left at 30 Lafayette Ave.

  • Bus

    If you prefer to take the bus, you can catch the B25 or B38 bus from various locations in Brooklyn. If you catch the B25, get off at the Lafayette Ave/Washington Ave stop. Once you get off, walk down Lafayette Ave towards the east for about 5 minutes. The Peter Jay Sharp Building will be on your right at 30 Lafayette Ave. For the B38, get off at the same stop and follow the same walking directions.

    If you are already in the Fort Greene area, you can easily walk to the Peter Jay Sharp Building. From Fort Greene Park, head southeast on DeKalb Ave towards Washington Park. Then turn right onto Washington Ave. Continue straight until you reach Lafayette Ave. Turn left on Lafayette Ave, and the Peter Jay Sharp Building will be on your left at 30 Lafayette Ave.
