Ride for 3 stops and get off at 14th Street station. Once you exit the station, head east on 14th Street towards 7th Avenue. After 2 blocks, turn right onto 7th Avenue and walk south for a short distance until you reach Patchin Place, which is a small street on your left.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, locate a bus stop for the M20 or M7 bus. Board the bus heading downtown. For the M20, get off at the stop at 14th Street & 7th Avenue. If you take the M7, get off at the same stop. From there, walk east on 14th Street until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn right and proceed south to find Patchin Place on your left.

If you are already in the Greenwich Village area, you can walk to Patchin Place. Start at Washington Square Park, which is a well-known landmark. Exit the park at the southern end and head east on Washington Square South. Continue straight until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn left. Walk south on 7th Avenue for a few blocks until you reach Patchin Place, which will be on your left just past 10th Street.
