Public Bus
From downtown Poughkeepsie, head to the Poughkeepsie Transit Center located at 3 Railroad Avenue. Take the Dutchess County Public Transit bus route 1 towards Rhinebeck. You will need to transfer at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 375. Get off the bus at the stop for 'Woodstock' and then take the Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT) bus towards 'Woodstock' on the Route 2 line. Once you arrive in Woodstock, walk approximately 0.7 miles northeast along Tinker Street, then turn left onto Meads Mountain Road. KTD - Karma Triyana Dharmachakra will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you prefer riding a bike, you can rent one from a local shop in Poughkeepsie. Start at the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park and ride northwest on the Hudson Valley Rail Trail. Continue towards the village of Highland, then follow the signs to Route 9W North. After crossing the Hudson River, bike towards Woodstock via Route 375. Upon entering Woodstock, turn onto Meads Mountain Road and KTD will be on the left after about 1 mile.
