Start at the Poughkeepsie Train Station. Exit the station and head south on Main Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W Market Street. After about 1 mile, you will see signs for Mesier Park on your right. Follow the signs and enter the park.

Exit the station and walk east on New York Route 9 for approximately 0.5 miles. After that, turn left onto Mesier Avenue. Continue on Mesier Avenue until you reach the entrance of Mesier Park.
