Start at the Poughkeepsie Train Station. Exit the station and head south on Main Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W Market Street. Turn right onto W Market Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will reach the intersection with South Road (Route 9). Cross South Road and continue walking straight. After about 1 mile, you will see signs for Mesier Park on your right. Follow the signs and enter the park.

From the Poughkeepsie Train Station, take the Metro-North Railroad train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the Wappingers Falls station. Exit the station and walk east on New York Route 9 for approximately 0.5 miles. After that, turn left onto Mesier Avenue. Continue on Mesier Avenue until you reach the entrance of Mesier Park.
