If you are starting from the Poughkeepsie Train Station, head north on Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North Water Street. Turn left onto North Water Street, and continue walking for about 0.2 miles. Upper Landing Park will be on your right at 83 N Water St.

Once you are off the bridge, head towards the riverfront area and follow the signage for North Water Street. Walk along the riverfront promenade, which will lead you directly to Upper Landing Park at 83 N Water St.
