Start at the Onondaga County Public Library located at 447 S Salina St. Head south on S Salina St for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with W Washington St. Turn left onto W Washington St and continue walking for about 0.2 miles. You will see State Tower at 109 S Warren St on your right. The entire walk should take around 10-15 minutes.
