To reach The Gridley House from downtown Syracuse, head to the Centro bus terminal located at 200 E Washington St. Take Bus Route 18 (South Avenue) towards the South Side. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop at E Seneca Turnpike & S Salina St. From there, walk east along E Seneca Turnpike for about 10 minutes, and The Gridley House will be on your left at 205 E Seneca Turnpike.
