From Alexandria Bay, take the Thousand Islands Bridge to cross into Canada. After crossing the bridge, continue on the ON-401 W highway. Take exit 648 for ON-416 S towards Ottawa. Merge onto ON-416 S and continue for about 30 miles. Then take exit 66 for ON-2 E toward Gananoque. Follow ON-2 E for about 12 miles until you reach Gananoque. From Gananoque, take the ferry to Bostwick Island. The ferry ride typically costs around CAD 10 per person and runs every 30 minutes.
