If you're driving from the center of Thousand Islands, head southwest on NY-12E toward the Thousand Islands Bridge. Continue on NY-12E for approximately 3 miles. You'll see signs for the Thousand Islands Bridge leading you to ON-137. Follow the signs to cross into Canada. There is a toll fee for the bridge, which is approximately $3.00 to $5.00 CAD depending on the type of vehicle. Once you cross the bridge, you will arrive at Lansdowne, Ontario.
