Train
From White Plains Metro-North Station, take the Harlem Line or New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 33 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head towards 42nd Street. Walk west on 42nd Street until you reach 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas). Turn right onto 6th Avenue and walk north until you reach 34th Street. The Empire State Building will be on your left at 20 W 34th St.

Take the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #1 from the White Plains Bus Terminal. The bus will take you directly to the New York City area. Get off at the 34th Street stop.
