Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head towards 42nd Street. Walk west on 42nd Street until you reach 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas). Turn right onto 6th Avenue and walk north until you reach 34th Street. The Empire State Building will be on your left at 20 W 34th St.
