Getting There

• Public Transit

  Start by heading to the White Plains Metro-North train station, located at 1 Railroad Ave, White Plains, NY. From the station, board a southbound train on the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Stay on the train for about 25 minutes until you reach the Tarrytown station. Once you arrive at Tarrytown station, exit the train and head towards the bus stop outside the station. Take the Bee-Line Bus #13 towards Sleepy Hollow. Ride the bus for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the stop for Lyndhurst Mansion, located at 635 S Broadway, Tarrytown, NY. From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk to the mansion entrance.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, after arriving at Tarrytown station, exit and walk south on S Broadway. It’s about a 1.5-mile walk to Lyndhurst Mansion. Follow S Broadway, and you will eventually see the mansion on your left-hand side. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will enjoy some scenic views along the way.

• Taxi/Rideshare

  After arriving at Tarrytown station, you can also opt for a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply request a ride from the app after exiting the station. Provide the driver with the address: 635 S Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. The drive will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
