Public Transit
From downtown White Plains, walk to the White Plains Metro-North train station, which is located at 1 Railroad Avenue. You can easily reach it by walking south on Main Street. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Secaucus Junction. Take the train heading towards Grand Central Terminal and ride for about 15 minutes. At Secaucus Junction, transfer to a train heading to Hoboken or another train that goes to the Meadowlands. After approximately 10 more minutes, get off at the Meadowlands station. From there, you can either take a shuttle bus to MetLife Stadium or follow the signs to walk the remaining distance, which is about a 20-minute walk.

Start at the White Plains Bus Terminal located at 11 Ferris Avenue. Take the NJ Transit bus #165 towards the George Washington Bridge Terminal.
