From White Plains Metro-North Station, take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Turn right on 6th Avenue and continue until you reach 43rd Street. Turn left on 43rd Street, and The Town Hall will be on your right at 123 West 43rd St.
