From White Plains, head to the White Plains Metro-North station located at 1 Railroad Ave. Take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. This journey will take approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow signs for the 42nd St. Shuttle to transfer to the subway.

After transferring to the subway at Grand Central, take the 42nd St. Shuttle to Times Square-42nd St. From there, switch to the 1 train (the red line) heading downtown. Stay on the train for 6 stops, then get off at Chambers St. station.

Once you exit the Chambers St. subway station, walk east on Chambers St. for 2 blocks until you reach Church St. Turn left onto Church St. and continue walking for 3 blocks until you reach Warren St. Turn right onto Warren St., and you will find the Tribeca Comedy Lounge at 22 Warren St on your left.
