Walking
From the White Plains Metro-North Train Station, exit onto Main Street. Walk south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Mamaroneck Avenue. Turn left onto Mamaroneck Avenue and walk until you reach the bus terminal at 11 Mamaroneck Avenue. Take the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #60 towards Scarsdale. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at Scarsdale Village. From the bus stop, walk east on Popham Road, which will eventually turn into East Parkway. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Waterfall Road. Turn left onto Waterfall Road, and you will find Waterfall Bridge just ahead.
Biking
Rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in White Plains. Head southeast on Main Street, then take a right onto Mamaroneck Avenue. Follow Mamaroneck Avenue until you reach the intersection with Scarsdale Avenue. Continue straight onto East Parkway. Biking along East Parkway will take you directly to Waterfall Bridge. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your speed.
Public Transit (Bus)
From the White Plains Metro-North Train Station, make your way to the bus terminal located at 11 Mamaroneck Avenue. Board the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #60, which will take you towards Scarsdale. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Scarsdale Village stop. From there, walk east on Popham Road until it turns into East Parkway. Follow East Parkway until you reach Waterfall Road, then turn left onto Waterfall Road. Waterfall Bridge will be in sight shortly after.
