From the White Plains Metro-North train station, head to the bus terminal located adjacent to the train station. Look for the NJ Transit bus service. You will need to take the NJ Transit bus #28 towards Bloomfield. Make sure to check the schedule for bus times. Once on the bus, stay on for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the stop at Bloomfield Avenue and Municipal Plaza. From there, it's a short walk to 1 Municipal Plaza. The building will be on your left.

Train and Bus
Start at the White Plains Metro-North train station. Take the train towards Grand Central Terminal and get off at Secaucus Junction. From Secaucus, transfer to a NJ Transit train heading towards Hoboken. Get off at Bloomfield Station. From the Bloomfield Station, you can either take a local NJ Transit bus (#28) towards Bloomfield Avenue or walk approximately 10 minutes to reach 1 Municipal Plaza.

If you're in the downtown area of White Plains, you can also consider walking. From the White Plains City Hall located at 255 Main St, head east on Main St towards Mamaroneck Ave. Turn left onto Mamaroneck Ave and continue to the bus terminal. From there, take NJ Transit bus #28 as described above. Alternatively, if you're up for a longer walk, head north towards Bloomfield along Mamaroneck Ave, which will take about an hour and a half.
