    Train

    From White Plains Metro-North Station, take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit onto 42nd Street. You can take the 7 subway line from Grand Central to Times Square-42nd Street. From there, transfer to the N, Q, R, or W trains heading downtown and get off at 8th Street-NYU. After exiting the station, walk east towards Greene Street. The destination is just a few blocks away.

    Bus

    Catch the Bee-Line Bus #8 at the White Plains Bus Terminal. This bus will take you to the Bronx, where you can transfer to the Bx12 bus heading towards Manhattan. Get off at 125th Street and transfer to the M60 bus towards LaGuardia Airport. Get off at the stop at 8th Avenue and walk south to Greene Street. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
