From White Plains, head to the White Plains Metro-North Station located at 1 Railroad Ave. Take the Harlem Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street Station. From 125th Street, transfer to the A train (blue line) towards Far Rockaway. Travel to the Jay St-MetroTech Station. Once you exit the subway, head east on Jay Street towards York Street, then turn left onto York Street. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to the Williamsburg Bridge.

Start at the White Plains Bus Terminal located at 11 Ferris Ave. Take the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #60 towards New York City. Ride the bus until you reach the last stop at the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to the MTA bus B39 towards Brooklyn. Disembark at the Williamsburg Bridge entrance on the Brooklyn side.

If you are near the downtown area of White Plains, you can walk to the White Plains Metro-North Station at 1 Railroad Ave. From there, take a train to Brooklyn, then follow the subway instructions above to reach the Williamsburg Bridge.
