From Jersey City, head to the Exchange Place PATH station. Take the train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the World Trade Center station. Once you exit, walk towards the Oculus and follow signs for the subway to the R/W train. Take the R/W train towards 95th St. and get off at the Canal St. station. Exit the station and walk east on Canal St. towards Bowery. Turn left on Bowery, then left on Norfolk St. The Back Room will be on your right at 102 Norfolk St.
