Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 4 or 5 subway line downtown towards Bowling Green. After about 5 stops, get off at the Wall Street station. From there, it’s a short walk to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Exit the station and walk west on Wall Street until you reach Greenwich Street, then turn left. The memorial is located at 180 Greenwich St.
