From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the Bee-Line Bus #6 towards New York City. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk towards 8th Avenue. From there, take the A, C, E subway line at the 42nd Street station, and travel downtown. Get off at 34th Street and walk to the 6th Avenue subway line. Transfer to the F train at the 34th Street station going towards Jamaica - 179th Street. Travel for 6 stops and get off at the 2nd Avenue station. Walk east towards Houston Street, and then turn left to head to 76 E Houston St.

From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers train station. Take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about a 30-minute ride, arrive at Grand Central. From Grand Central, walk to the 42nd Street subway station and take the 7 train towards Flushing. Get off at 5th Avenue station. From there, transfer to the F train going towards Jamaica - 179th Street. Travel for 4 stops and get off at the 2nd Avenue station. Walk east towards Houston Street and then turn left to reach 76 E Houston St.
