Start at the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station. From there, transfer to the A subway line towards Far Rockaway. Get off at the 34th St - Penn Station stop and transfer to the L subway line at 14th St - 8th Ave station. Take the L train towards Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy. Get off at the Bedford Ave station. Walk east on Bedford Ave until you reach N 11th St. Turn left on N 11th St, and the Brooklyn Brewery will be on your left at 79 N 11th St.

From the Yonkers Metro-North train station, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus service. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Get off at the 42nd St/Bryant Park stop. From there, walk to the 42nd St subway station and take the L train towards Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy. Get off at the Bedford Ave station. Walk east on Bedford Ave until you reach N 11th St. Turn left on N 11th St, and the Brooklyn Brewery will be on your left at 79 N 11th St.

If you are in central Yonkers, start at the Yonkers Public Library. Head south on S Broadway. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the Yonkers Metro-North train station. From the station, follow the directions for the subway or bus as mentioned above. Alternatively, you could also walk to the nearest subway station, which is the 125th St station, and catch the A line from there.
