From any location in Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North Railroad station. Take the Hudson Line southbound towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 'Harlem-125th St' station and transfer to the 2 or 3 subway train towards Lower Manhattan. Ride the train until you reach the 'Chambers St' station. After exiting the station, walk east on Chambers St until you reach Broadway. City Hall Park will be on your left.

Find a bus stop along the main streets in Yonkers (e.g., Yonkers Ave or Main St). Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 or #2 heading towards the Bronx. The bus will take you to the Metro-North station where you can transfer to the Hudson Line. Ride to 'Harlem-125th St' and switch to the 2 or 3 subway train towards Lower Manhattan. Get off at 'Chambers St' and walk east on Chambers St until you reach Broadway. City Hall Park will be on your left.

If you're near the Yonkers waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk down to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Head towards the train station and take the Hudson Line south to 'Harlem-125th St'. From there, catch the 2 or 3 subway train towards Lower Manhattan to 'Chambers St'. Once you exit the subway, walk east on Chambers St and turn left onto Broadway. City Hall Park will be right there.
