    From the Yonkers train station, take the Metro-North Hudson Line train toward Grand Central Terminal. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Hoboken Terminal. Once you exit the terminal, turn left onto Hudson Street and walk approximately 0.5 miles. The Hoboken Historical Museum will be on your right at 1301 Hudson St.

    From the Yonkers Transit Center, take the NJ Transit bus #5 or #119. The bus will take you directly to Hoboken. Get off at the stop closest to 1301 Hudson St. Once you get off, walk towards Hudson Street and turn left. The museum will be a short walk down the street on your right.

  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Yonkers, head towards the Hudson River. Walk along the waterfront towards the south until you reach the Yonkers Pier. From there, you can either take a ferry to Hoboken (check schedule) or walk to the nearest bus or train station to catch public transport to Hoboken. If walking, it will take about 1.5 hours to reach the museum.
