From Yonkers Station, take the Metro-North Hudson Line toward Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Grand Central Terminal station. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the subway station and take the 7 train toward Flushing. At Times Square-42nd Street, transfer to the S train (Shuttle) toward Times Square-Grand Central. Get off at 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, walk west on W 42nd Street until you reach 12th Avenue, then turn left and walk south until you reach Pier 86 on W 46th Street.

Public Transit - Bee-Line Bus
Catch the Bee-Line Bus BxM4C (Manhattan Express) from any stop along the route in Yonkers. The bus takes you to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk west on W 42nd Street to 12th Avenue, turn left, and walk south until you reach Pier 86 on W 46th Street. The entire trip may take around an hour.

Walking from Yonkers
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start at the Yonkers Waterfront, where you can enjoy the scenic Hudson River. Walk south along the riverfront toward the Yonkers train station. From there, follow the directions for the Metro-North Railroad to reach Pier 86. The total walking distance is approximately 3 miles, which may take about an hour.
