From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. Look for the BxM4C bus, which goes directly to Manhattan. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the 42nd St/Port Authority Bus Terminal stop. Once you disembark, walk east along 42nd Street towards 8th Avenue. Turn right on 8th Avenue and walk until you reach 45th Street. Turn left on 45th Street, and the Lyceum Theatre will be on your right at 149 W 45th St.
Metro-North Train

Go to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Board the train, and after about 25 minutes, you will arrive at Grand Central. Exit the station and walk west along 42nd Street. Turn right on 8th Avenue, and continue walking until you reach 45th Street. Turn left on 45th Street, and the Lyceum Theatre will be on your right at 149 W 45th St.
