From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Take the Metro-North Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Grand Central Terminal. Once at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street subway station (you may need to walk through the terminal for a few minutes). Take the S (Shuttle) train one stop to Times Square-42nd Street. From there, exit the station and walk to the west along 42nd Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Madison Square Garden at 4 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, NY 10001.

Catch the Bee-Line Bus number 1 from any stop along its route in Yonkers. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the Westchester County Center stop. From there, transfer to the Metro-North train at the White Plains station, taking the train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street subway station. Take the S (Shuttle) train one stop to Times Square-42nd Street.
