Getting There

    From Yonkers, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #1, which goes directly to the Bronx and connects to the subway. Board the bus at any nearby bus stop along the route. After approximately 20-30 minutes, get off at the 'Wakefield Ave' stop and transfer to the Metro-North train at the Yonkers station. Take the train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street subway station, and take the 7 train towards Flushing. Get off at the 5th Avenue station, then walk 10 minutes to Madison Square Park, located at 11 Madison Ave.

    From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the exit towards 42nd Street. From there, you can either walk or take the subway. If walking, head southwest on 42nd Street towards Madison Ave, then turn left onto Madison Ave. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes until you reach 11 Madison Ave, where Madison Square Park is located.

    If you are staying in downtown Yonkers, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the Metro-North station. Head towards the Hudson River along the waterfront, then proceed to the Yonkers Metro-North station. From there, take the train to Grand Central Terminal as mentioned above.
