Subway
From any location in Yonkers, head to the nearest Metro-North train station, which is Yonkers Station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street Station. From there, transfer to the A subway line towards Far Rockaway. Get off at the High Street - Brooklyn Bridge Station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the Brooklyn Bridge Park area, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs to Main Street Park, and enjoy your visit.

Bus
Find the nearest bus stop serving the Bee-Line bus system. You can take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Get off at the stop at 42nd St and 5th Ave, then transfer to the Q train at the 42nd St - Times Square Subway Station. Take the Q train towards Brooklyn. Get off at the DeKalb Ave Station. Once you exit, it's about a 15-minute walk to Main Street Park. Head south on Flatbush Ave, then turn left onto Tillary St, and follow the signs to the park.

Walking
If you're already in Yonkers and near the Hudson River waterfront, simply walk south along the river towards the south. This scenic route will eventually lead you to the Yonkers waterfront. Follow the waterfront path until it connects to the Brooklyn waterfront. It will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of walking, but you'll enjoy beautiful views of the river and the skyline. Once you reach the Brooklyn area, follow the signs to Main Street Park.
