From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. From Canal Street, walk east on Canal Street until you reach Eldridge Street. Turn left onto Eldridge Street, and the Museum at Eldridge Street will be on your right at 12 Eldridge St.

From Yonkers, find the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Get off at the stop at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue. From there, walk to the subway entrance and take the 6 train from Grand Central-42nd St towards Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. Get off at the Canal Street station. Walk east on Canal Street until you reach Eldridge Street. Turn left onto Eldridge Street, and the Museum at Eldridge Street will be on your right at 12 Eldridge St.
