Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Yonkers downtown, head north on Warburton Avenue towards the intersection with Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of Warburton Avenue and Lawrence Street. Turn left onto Lawrence Street and continue until you reach the intersection with North Broadway. Turn right onto North Broadway and walk until you reach the intersection with Lawton Street. Turn left onto Lawton Street, and you will find the Old Croton Aqueduct Trailhead at 114-118 Lawton St.

• Public Transit

  From the Yonkers Metro-North Station, take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the next stop, which is the Riverdale Station. From Riverdale Station, you can take the Bx10 bus towards the Bronx Zoo. Get off at the stop at 233rd Street and Broadway. Walk east on 233rd Street until you reach North Broadway, turn left, and walk until you reach Lawton Street. Turn left onto Lawton Street, and you will arrive at the Old Croton Aqueduct Trailhead at 114-118 Lawton St.

• Biking

  If you have a bike, you can start at the Yonkers waterfront and ride along the Hudson River Greenway. Continue north on the Greenway until you reach the intersection with Lawton Street. Turn left onto Lawton Street, and the Old Croton Aqueduct Trailhead will be on your right at 114-118 Lawton St.
