To reach Old Westbury Gardens from Yonkers, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 from the Yonkers Train Station. Board the bus heading towards White Plains. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the stop at the intersection of Main St and Westchester Ave. Transfer to the Bee-Line Bus #10 towards Glen Cove. Ride for about 40 minutes and get off at the stop for Old Westbury Rd. Walk approximately 10 minutes east along Old Westbury Rd to arrive at Old Westbury Gardens.

Train and Bus
Start at the Yonkers Metro-North Train Station and take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the Westbury Station (approximately 25 minutes). From Westbury Station, head to the bus stop and board the N70 or N71 bus towards Hicksville. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop for Old Westbury Rd. Walk for about 15 minutes to reach Old Westbury Gardens.

If you prefer walking, start at the Yonkers Waterfront and head north towards the Yonkers Train Station. From there, take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards White Plains.
