From the Yonkers Train Station, take the Metro-North Railroad train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located on the street level. Look for the MTA Bus Service and take the M5 bus towards Battery Park City. Request to get off at the Park Row stop. From there, you will be just a short walk to Park Row.
Train
Start at the Yonkers Train Station and board a Metro-North Railroad train to Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and walk towards Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue and turn left onto East 42nd Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Park Row. Park Row will be in front of you.

If you are within walking distance in downtown Yonkers, you can walk to the Yonkers Waterfront. From there, head southeast towards the Hudson River and continue along the waterfront path until you reach the Yonkers Train Station. From the station, follow the train guidance above to reach Park Row.
