Public Transportation - Bus
From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 1-3 Main Street. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards 'Tarrytown' and ride for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Cypress Avenue' stop. Walk east on Cypress Avenue until you reach Prospect Park, which will be on your left side.
Public Transportation - Train
Start at the Yonkers Train Station located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Metro-North Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Disembark at the 'Harlem-125th Street' station (approximately a 20-minute ride). From there, transfer to the subway and take the A or C train towards 'Jay St-MetroTech'. Get off at 'Jay St-MetroTech', then transfer to the Q train towards 'Coney Island-Stillwell Av.' and get off at 'Prospect Park' station. Walk to the park entrance from the subway.
Walking
If you are near the Yonkers waterfront, walk south along the Hudson River waterfront path until you reach the Yonkers Train Station. From there, follow the previous train guidance to get to Prospect Park.
