Walking

From the White Plains Metro North Station, exit the station and head southeast on Hamilton Ave towards E Post Rd. Turn left onto E Post Rd and continue walking for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with Mamaroneck Ave. At this intersection, turn right onto Mamaroneck Ave. Continue walking for approximately 0.3 miles until you reach the White Plains City Hall. From City Hall, walk northwest on Main St for about 0.4 miles until you reach the White Plains Bus Terminal. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. After about 35 minutes, get off at the stop at 5th Ave & 53rd St. Walk 2 minutes west on 53rd St, and you will arrive at St. Thomas Church, located at 1 W 53rd St.
Public Transportation

Begin your journey at the White Plains Metro North Station. Purchase a ticket for the Metro North train heading to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. The trip will take approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head to the 42nd St - 5th Ave subway station. Take the 7 train towards Flushing and transfer at Times Sq - 42nd St to the N, Q, R, or W train. Board the train heading towards Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. Get off at the 49th St station. From there, walk east along 49th St for about 3 minutes until you reach 5th Ave. Turn left and walk north on 5th Ave for 2 blocks, then turn left on 53rd St. St. Thomas Church will be on your right at 1 W 53rd St.
