From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 1 Alexander Street. Board the Bee-Line Bus #1, which operates frequently toward Manhattan. Inform the driver that you are going to the Financial District. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the bus stop on Church Street, walk south toward Broadway.

Make your way to the Yonkers train station located at 1 Depot Place. Purchase a ticket for the Metro-North Hudson Line heading to Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, transfer to the downtown 4 or 5 subway train towards Brooklyn. Get off at the Wall Street station. From there, walk northwest for about 10 minutes to reach Trinity Church at 89 Broadway.

If you are near the Yonkers waterfront, start walking towards the Hudson River Museum, located at 511 Warburton Ave. From there, head east to the intersection of Warburton Ave and Main St. Continue walking south on Main St until you reach the Metro-North train station. Follow the train instructions above to reach Trinity Church.
