Getting There

• Subway

  From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North Station located at 1 Alexander St, Yonkers, NY 10701. Purchase a ticket for the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Board the train and enjoy the scenic ride down the Hudson River. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 125th Street Station in Harlem, Manhattan. Once you exit the station, walk east on 125th Street towards Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Turn right onto Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd and then left onto 135th Street. Continue walking until you reach Duke Ellington Circle, which will be at the intersection of 135th Street and Frederick Douglass Blvd.

  From your location in Yonkers, walk to the nearest bus stop that services the Bee-Line Bus System. Take the Bee-Line Bus 1 or 2 towards White Plains. Ride the bus to the last stop at the White Plains Metro-North Station. From there, transfer to the Metro-North Railroad and take the train towards Grand Central Terminal. Disembark at the 125th Street Station in Harlem, Manhattan. From there, walk east on 125th Street to Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd, turn right, and then left onto 135th Street. Duke Ellington Circle will be at the intersection.
