From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Take the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately a 30-minute ride, get off at the 125th Street Station in Harlem, Manhattan. Once you exit the station, transfer to the MTA bus M1, M2, M3, or M4 heading south. Get off at the stop at 5th Avenue and 23rd Street, which is near the Flatiron Building.

You can also take the Bee-Line bus BxM4C directly from Yonkers to Manhattan. Board the BxM4C at the nearest bus stop in Yonkers. The bus will take you to the 5th Avenue and 23rd Street stop. From there, it's a short walk to the Flatiron Building, located at 175 5th Ave.

If you are near the Hudson River, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the waterfront. Start at the Yonkers waterfront and head south towards the Yonkers Metro-North Station. From there, take the Metro as described above. After arriving in Manhattan, you can enjoy a leisurely walk to the Flatiron Building by heading east on 23rd Street and then turning left onto 5th Avenue.
