After approximately a 30-minute ride, get off at the 125th Street Station in Harlem, Manhattan. Once you exit the station, transfer to the MTA bus M1, M2, M3, or M4 heading south. Get off at the stop at 5th Avenue and 23rd Street, which is near the Flatiron Building.
