Take the Metro-North Hudson Line train from Grand Central Terminal to Yonkers Station. After you arrive at Yonkers Station, exit and head towards the bus stop outside the station. Walk east along Waverly Street to Warburton Avenue, turn left and walk for about 5 minutes to arrive at the Hudson River Museum at 511 Warburton Ave.
