From Auckland city center, head to the Britomart Transport Centre. Catch the 'Tauranga' bus (number 8 or 12) heading towards Muriwai. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Muriwai Beach' stop. From there, follow the signs towards Muriwai Regional Park, which is about a 20-minute walk along the beach.
