From there, follow the signs to the beach, which is just a short walk away.

Start at the Auckland Britomart train station and take the Western Line train towards Swanson. Disembark at Swanson station (approximately a 30-minute ride). From Swanson, catch the 119 or 120 bus heading to Muriwai Beach. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at Muriwai Beach stop and follow the signs to the beach, which is nearby.
