Start at the Auckland Ferry Terminal located at 99 Quay Street, Auckland. Purchase a ticket for the Waiheke Island ferry service. The ferry ride takes approximately 35 minutes. Upon arriving at the Waiheke Island Ferry Terminal, follow the signs to the bus stop outside the terminal.

Catch the 'Waiheke Island Bus' (Route 1) from the bus stop at the ferry terminal. The bus will take you towards Onetangi. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Onetangi Beach' stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Te Motu Vineyard.
