    From Hamilton Central, head to the Hamilton Transport Centre located on Anglesea Street. Catch the 25 or 26 bus towards Rotokauri. The bus will take you along the main roads and provide a scenic view of the area. After approximately 20-25 minutes, get off at the Brymer Road stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the zoo entrance. Head down Brymer Road, following the signs toward Hamilton Zoo, which will be on your left.

    If you're staying in central Hamilton and prefer to walk, you can head towards the river and follow the cycle path northwest until you reach the Claudelands Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue north until you reach the intersection of Tristram Street and Brymer Road. Turn left onto Brymer Road and follow it for about 2 kilometers, where you will find Hamilton Zoo on your left. This walk should take around 45 minutes to 1 hour.
