    Walking

    If you're starting from the Hamilton City Centre, walk south on Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Grantham Street. Turn left onto Grantham Street and continue walking until you reach the Hamilton Lake. Once you arrive at the lake, follow the path around the water, heading towards the southern end. Innes Common will be on your right, adjacent to the lake, and is easily accessible from the lakeside path.

    Bus

    From Hamilton City Centre, catch the 'Lake' bus route (Route 9) from the bus stop on Victoria Street. The bus will take you directly to Hamilton Lake. Get off at the Hamilton Lake stop. From there, walk towards the lake and follow the path around the water. Innes Common will be located on your right, near the southern end of the lake.

    Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Hamilton City Centre and head south on Victoria Street. Continue until you reach Grantham Street and take a left. Follow Grantham Street until you reach the Hamilton Lake. Once at the lake, cycle along the designated bike paths around the lake, keeping the water on your left. Innes Common will be on your right side as you approach the southern end of the lake.
